Why we do not Bulk Bill Medicare appointments?

We no longer bulk-bill these appointments (except for DVA gold card holders) because we deliver a very high quality service and believe that patient care would be compromised by seeing you within a shorter appointment (20 minutes). If your GP or Specialist told you that your visits with us will be free of charge, please inform them they are not free because we do not bulk bill, and refer them to our website for more information.
